Visitors agree to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition.
All breakages, losses and damage must be reported to the proprietors immediately. We reserve the right to charge for any breakages, losses or damage made during your stay.
Visitors’ baggage, vehicles and their contents are left at owner’s risk and the proprietors do not accept any liability for any loss, accidents or injuries incurred on the premises.
All cottages are strictly non-smoking. A charge for cleaning will be made if smoking occurs.
No single-sex groups except by prior arrangement.
Sorry we do not allow pets.
Wi-Fi is available in all cottages; this is available during the hours of 8:00am - 11:00pm
A provisional booking will reserve a cottage for seven days, pending receipt of a 25% non-refundable deposit.
Payment in full must be received at least 6 calendar weeks before arrival. In the case of bookings made less than six weeks from arrival, the full balance should be included with the deposit.
Visitors are responsible for their own cancellation insurance arrangements.
We respectfully reserve the right to refuse acceptance or cancel the stay of anyone displaying unacceptable conduct.
The stated capacity for each cottage is a maximum and may not be exceeded.
Guests are welcome to arrive up to 11:00pm by prior arrangement. Check-in is from 4:00pm onwards, check-out is 10:00am.
Early arrivals are welcome to leave their luggage with us until the cottage is ready.
Visitors are welcome by prior arrangement, but must leave by 10:00pm.
