Visitors agree to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition.

All breakages, losses and damage must be reported to the proprietors immediately.

Visitors’ baggage, vehicles and their contents are left at owner’s risk, and the proprietors do not accept any liability for any loss, accidents, or injuries incurred on the premises.

All cottages are strictly non-smoking.

No single-sex groups except by prior arrangement.

Sorry we do not allow pets.

A provisional booking will reserve a cottage for seven days, pending receipt of a 25% non-refundable deposit.

Payment in full must be received at least 6 calendar weeks before arrival. In the case of bookings made less than six weeks from arrival, the full balance should be included with the deposit.

Visitors are responsible for their own cancellation insurance arrangements.

We respectfully reserve the right to refuse acceptance or cancel the stay of anyone displaying unacceptable conduct.

The stated capacity for each cottage is a maximum and may not be exceeded.

Guests are welcome to arrive up to 11:30pm by prior arrangement. Check-in is 3:30pm onwards, check-out is 10:30am. Early arrivals are welcome to leave their luggage with us until the cottage is ready.
